First Grayson Bancshares, Inc., of Whitesboro, Texas, has agreed to acquire Roxton, TX-based Roxton Corporation and its subsidiary, The First Bank, Roxton.

The Carson Medlin Company served as financial advisor for Roxton Corporation in the transaction.
