The Carson Medlin Company was founded in 1991 in Tampa, Florida to provide valuation services to small banks in Florida. Now in our 18th year, today the firm has offices in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Texas and provides a variety of specialized corporate finance services to financial institutions throughout the nation. The Carson Medlin Company is a broker-dealer member firm of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The firm has assembled a team of senior professionals with decades of experience as financial advisors to financial institutions, as well as extensive direct experience in commercial banking, bank regulation and industry.
