The Carson Medlin Company is an investment banking firm founded in 1991 to provide specialized corporate finance services to community financial institutions and independent financial services firms. From our offices in Tampa, Florida, Atlanta, Georgia, Raleigh, North Carolina, and Houston, Texas, the firm advises the management, directors, and shareholders of our clients on strategies to maximize the value of their institution and executes strategies to realize that value. Over the last ten years, Carson Medlin has been among the most active bank merger advisors in the nation. The firm also has a growing practice as advisor to other financial firms, including registered investment advisors and insurance agencies. The firm is a broker-dealer registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), formerly the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).
